How to cancel your MyPerfectResume subscription
To cancel MyPerfectResume, sign in and use the online cancel page in your settings, or contact customer service (855-213-0348 in the US) or its chat. Keep the email with your cancellation number. Its pricing page says to request a refund within 14 days of subscribing, so ask inside that window.

What you are cancelling
As of October 2, 2026, MyPerfectResume's US pricing page lists two paid plans, and both renew on their own:

The same page says: "Money-Back Guarantee: Request a refund within 14 days of subscribing to premium access to qualify." Its terms (section 10) say you "may request a refund if notice of cancellation of your subscription is provided before the end of the initial period", and their summary says the company "does not guarantee refunds". If you are inside those 14 days, cancel and ask for the refund in the same message.
Your statement shows the charge as MYPERFECTRESUME.COM, MYPERFECTRESUME or BLD*MYPERFECTRESUME, as its contact page lists. Note the date and amount.
Option 1: cancel online
- Sign in at myperfectresume.com with the email you subscribed with.
- Go to your settings. Its terms say you can cancel "by going to the home page under My Accounts and My Settings", where the "online cancel page" is.
- Follow the cancellation to the end.
- Wait for the confirmation email. The terms say: "Provider will send an email with a cancellation number to confirm any cancellation request."
The MyPerfectResume pages we could read do not name the buttons on the cancel page, so we do not guess at them.
Option 2: cancel by phone, chat or message

If you get no confirmation, its contact page says to check your spam or junk folder, and its terms say: "If you do not receive this confirmation and still wish to cancel, please contact our customer service department directly for further assistance." Until you have the cancellation number, treat the subscription as still active.

A written message leaves a record with a date. Send this through the "Send Us a Message" form on MyPerfectResume's contact page:
Only ask for what is true for you: if more than 14 days have passed, delete the refund line or ask for it as a request, not a right.

If you are still charged after cancelling
Steps 3 and 4 are the FTC's advice for any subscription:
- Write to the company. Message MyPerfectResume with your cancellation number, the date you cancelled and the charge you are disputing. Keep a copy, and notes of any calls.
- Watch your statements for charges after the date you cancelled.
- Contact your card issuer. If a company "won't stop charging your account after you told them to cancel your subscription", the FTC says to file a dispute with your credit or debit card company, and to keep any letters, notes or emails about what happened. Tell them exactly what happened.
- Report it to the FTC or to your state attorney general, if it is not resolved.
